"I would like to share a special thank you to Kevin at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile. He took the time to answer our questions and made us feel valued as guests, including when we were leaving on July 28th. Unfortunately, our experience with some of the other front desk staff was very different. When we approached them with questions, they seemed uninterested and gave the impression that they were only answering because they had to, rather than genuinely wanting to help. There was little eye contact or warmth, which made the interactions feel less welcoming. I normally don’t write reviews about individual staff members, but the front desk is such an important part of the guest experience. If someone chooses to work in a front-facing position, being friendly, approachable, and helpful makes a big difference. Kevin truly represented the level of hospitality that guests hope to receive. Beyond that, the hotel itself is beautiful. The atmosphere is wonderful, the breakfast experience was excellent, and the location is absolutely one of the best. It has so much to offer, and with a consistently welcoming front desk team, it would create an even more exceptional guest experience. Thank you, Kevin, for making our stay feel more welcoming."
