Hidden Gem Whilst booking I was unsure about whether to stay here as Best Western do not have the best reputation in the UK. If only they were like this property. The rooms are spacious, clean with enormous, comfortable beds and facilities. From check in to check out, everything was simple and easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the grounds clean and tidy with outdoor spaces to meet and relax. I would 100% stay here again if I found myself in the Santa Barbara area.

There was a big issue with the AC not working and they didn’t give us any solutions until I had to contact Expedia. Staff was very unprofessional.
