"The hotel was right in front of the boats, which was really nice, close to the beach.Had the north suite.Only thing we can improve on is to make sure we have keys to get in through the front door being on the north suite had to walk around just to get in.I don't like ringing a doorbell and having to wait on someone for them to open the door. Breakfast was nice when I came down.The only thing is, I had to pretty much ring the doorbell again.So I can have someone open it up because people inside, I understand that are very weary of anyone.Trying to come in, if it's locked. I think we can try to improve that entrance.A little better rather than having to ring for someone to open the door for us.If we have key access already, I feel like we should be able to tap and be able to have access to that hallway. "

"We had a great stay , great location , the staff is so friendly and welcoming, especially the front desk guy ,we don’t remember his name but he is there in the morning, afternoon , he is so kind and helpful ! Thank you, see you next time ! "

"Great place. The staff was very friendly. One thing to know is that the parking is valet only and at the time of this review is $38 per night. Great location. The coffee they have is really good. I'd stay there again, especially if I don't have a car. "

"Room was simple, clean, comfortable. Overlooked the greenway. Front desk was excellent with check in, check out, and contacting me when I forgot something in the room after check out. Free parking and breakfast were nice perks. "

"Lovely renovated hotel in a great location. Although the address is on State Street, this is now pedestrianized. If arriving by car you need Gota Street to access hotel car park. There is no restaurant only a small bar, but plenty of eating options. The downside is a small single lift and dark (caramel?) paint on the room walls and ceiling which made the room look smaller than it was. Overall for a 3 star property I was impressed and would happily return."
