The customer service was top notch from the welcome email received right after booking, to the follow up saying they were looking forward to our arrival. Ben at the front desk treated us like family from the moment we walked in, greeting us with fresh coffee, warm cookies and the inside scoop on a map with everything we would want to see within walking distance. We were pleasantly surprised to find that our room was actually a suite with a full living room & kitchenette that included a full size refrigerator, microwave, dishes and even wine glasses. It was super clean with lots of smart upgrades and the bed was super comfy. All the amenities of home. Definitely one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. We will certainly stay there again and tell all our friends to do the same. Thank you Franciscan for being so fabulous! "
