Our stay in Hotel Nikko is superb. The location has easy access to subway, airport limo pick-up, department stores, shops and restaurants.

The hotel is within walking distance from Shin-Kobe Shinkansen Station. The room is big and nice, and temperature can be controlled easily and turned on 24/7, you dont need to put your room key in a slot for electricity. They also have extension cord near the bed which is really convenient, and provide bottles of water every day. What a great place... Everything was great! As a ryokan, the room was Japanese style, no shoes. The staff was not very conversant in English...enough to get by... and it could NOT have been better. I'm so glad I found the Hyatt Regency - this place is a gem! Located a few miles south of Osaka city, it's a great place to unwind after having your senses overstimulated in the big city! I took the subway everyday into the city center - about 15-20 minutes, but there is a free hotel shuttle that brings guests to JR Osaka station. I prefer the train! The hotel is stunning!! We were traveling for a very special occasion, and the hotel sent us a special gift that consisted of three sets of chopsticks, cookies, and a voucher for a drink at their beautiful bar. This was very thoughtful, and we really appreciated it. There were 6 bottles of water refilled every morning and a ton of high-quality facial products, including bath salts for the tub. The location of this hotel is fantastic, close to everything, including the metro.

Great stay, super clean and lovely. Room and breakfast views of the city were amazing. Loved the breakfast buffet that’s offered in the mornings, many options available. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a one night stay before departing Japan and the Westin was perfect. Good location and 30 min. to Itami Airport. Would stay longer next time. Great Breakfast Buffet. Spacious room w/ tub and shower. Clean and staff was professional and helpful. Higher floors have great views.

Our experience at Conrad Osaka was really superb. The hotel staff was a shinning example of hospitality: warm, incredibly helpful and attentive to every detail of our needs.
