"Amazing attentive staff that took care of our requests. Area had lots of shopping and great dining options nearby. Hotel was clean, full of amenities, had plenty of room for a Japanese hotel. We enjoyed our 4-night stay and would return again!"

"This is one of only 2 places I stay when in Umeda. The other is the Club rooms at the Granvia, the respire has no Club room available. Clean and very convenient to the train station, eats and shopping. Stay here and let me know what you think!"
"15 minute walk to Shin-Ōsaka station. Lots of convenience stores and restaurants in the area. Breakfast is excellent but expensive so only had one time. Our room 2002 had a washer & dryer laundry machine which was very convenient but took 4 hours per load. Ask front desk for laundry powder free."

"Beautiful hotel with a resort feel. Not close to train stations, but there is a shuttle provided to take you to Osaka station. I only took it once, but it appears to get packed from either end of the trip. The walk to/ from close stations is about 15-20 minutes.
Grocery store Life is nearby as well as a Family Mart. There is a 7 11 in the hotel."
"Good location & nice environment. Would be great if coin laundry is available & room clean-up be more thoughtful, like not repeatedly giving us more & more toiletries that we did not use. Having said, overall speaking it’s still very good. "
