「It was a perfect place to stay for a girls trip. I will be honest and say the “remodel” wasn’t the best. Our door lock wasn’t on the door tight, chipped paint, and other little things. Overall a good place to stay in OBX! One complaint would be the lighting in the room. We were on the first floor so any natural light came from the front window literally open to the public pool area. With it closed it was like you were in a dark cave.. could barely see yourself to get ready in the room without...

「My reservation included food vouchers which I never received. I asked multiple front deck clerks for the vouchers and was told that the manager was not available but he would call me. No call.
And as if it couldn't get worse, I'm see extra charges on my credit card.」

「The staff was very friendly and check in was seamless. The room was clean and we had no issues when asking for extra towels/blankets/etc. Check out was quick and easy by just dropping the keys in the drop box out front. Will definitely consider this place again for a stay in Nags Head.」
