「My boyfriend and I came down for a night to go to the House of Blues. We were arriving early so I called ahead to see if we could check in early. Check in was a breeze, I wish I knew the front desk ladies name to give her a shout out. She was so accommodating. The room was breath taking with amazing views! We stayed on the 16th floor with a wrap around view. I loved the windows in the bathroom, such beautiful lighting. Since we got to check in early we were able to go check out the restaurant...

「This was the best room on the property room 1240 the room and kitchen and full size fridge all the amenities were great! totally enjoyed our mothers day weekend here and are eagerly wanting to go back! even had a washer & dryer and plenty of hot showers. 「Stay was meh. Bathroom sink was completely clogged and unusable. Had to use the kitchen sink for everything. There was hair (yes that hair) in the bathroom, the towel bar and toilet paper holder fell off the wall every time you touched it. Potato chips and used q tips on the floor. No way to wash the dishes and dish soap was green water. Had to brush teeth over a sink of dirty dishes every day. Bedroom door was broken so if you let it close all the way it was difficult to get back open. ...
