"We LOVED The Studio! Debbie was a fantastic host and responded quickly to our questions. The studio was beautiful and very well equipped with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great. We really loved the location as we were able to easily walk to the harbor and nearby shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back!"

"Derek was very communicative giving great detail up front to ensure we came in prepared properly (for the ferry situation, coffee, etc…). He was incredibly responsive to questions and gave us some great recommendations. Everything was walkable and the golf cart was a HUGE plus! I would highly recommend Marshmellow to anyone looking for some time on Ocracoke Island!!"

"This Is okay place if there are no other options available and all one needs is a place to rest at night. Our room was small and didn't even have a table to put our things on. The bathroom was small and cramped. There was no microwave in the room and the common microwave trips if someone also uses the electric kettle in that room. And even that room gets closed at 8:00 p.m. and doesn't open until at least 8:00 a.m. the next day. The redeeming attributes are: it has a game room and the wonderful staff who do their best to help you - a big shout out to Cynthia for the same."
