「The complex was new, modern and nice. Limited lounge chairs. Only 1 key for our condo. There were no instructions for anything posted in the condo though. Had to call management to turn on hot water heater. We had to ask and then pay for drinkable water. The sheets were not on the beds. We had to make our beds after arriving late evening. An odd banging noise was heard 24/7 coming from an AC duct. I would recommend this place for the price/value. IT was clean and comfortable」

「Our rental was just recently updated! We enjoyed sitting on our patio that was just steps from the pool. Check in and check out super easy. The pool was sparkling clean and refreshing. Management was available to answer questions and get us water. Very safe with security in complex watching over things at night. Super close to beach! I would recommend staying here!」

「This unit was on the main level and in close proximity to the pool and the beautiful beach! It was easy to get loungers at both the pool and beach - it was nice not having to get up early to save chairs. The grounds are beautifully maintained. We did have a few issues in the bathroom but, William made sure they were taken care of. I also want to mention many restaurants were nearby! We had a great time in Punta Cana!」
