"The room was fine, clean and served the purpose as this hotel is obviously located to serve airport travellers. Location was close to airport. In fact, the run-way was adjacent. The bar staff were fantastic. The check in staff were vague and seemed overwhelmed. Ask questions. Parking is 15 quid but is right there."

"Stayed at this hotel numerous times in the past due to the location and the value for money. Turned up yesterday and you now have to pay £10 per bag if you want to use luggage drop off. I paid extra for an upgraded room which was smaller than a cupboard, dated, and the air conditioning unit was so loud we couldn’t have it on overnight (on the hottest weekend of the year so far). Also no tea and coffee in the room any more….what the hell is that all about? Will never stay here again"

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast had a great variety of options and everything was well organized. Overall, it was a great experience for our family trip, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting London."
