「パブ、レストランの上階が部屋になっており、便利です。ただし、エレベーターはないので、スーツケースを運ぶのは大変です。周囲に何もないので、車がないと食事はパブかレストランでしなければなりません。 建物は古いですが、部屋は清潔で可愛いです。水とネスプレッソ、ポットが備え付けられています。 スタッフは気さくですが、フロントがないので、用事があるときはスタッフを探さないといけません。大抵、レストランかバブに誰かいますので、なんとかなります。」

「I arrived a few hours early, but my room was available immediately. A lovely room with modern bathroom. I was in the single, which served my needs very well. Well heated. No problem with noise. Very close to train station. Godalming is a beautiful town.」

While some of the reviews mentioned noise in some of the suites, we only heard guests downstairs when we were in the bathroom and then only in the afternoon. It was quiet in the evening / night. It was a great place to stay after a 5,000 mile trip from the Western US and recover from jet lag before going on to meet friends and family elsewhere in the UK. (It’s about a hour from Heathrow).
