「Disgusting property and not clean at all. Main door to the property did also not lock. We did not stay at the property due to the state that it was in. After contacting them straight away, I received a response asking how I would like to be compensated. I have requested a full refund due to not staying more than 30 minutes at the property and having to book a last minute hotel in the area with our small children. I have still not received a response to multiples or a refund. I will be reporting...

「The description of the property was incorrect. They only show the first and the second floor. They did not show the parking lot, which had a lot of traffic a lot of noise trucks delivering at night and kept me awake. Unfortunately, we were here for an examination at the college of law and disturb our peace of mind however, the place is very nice, but the location stinks.」
