「Property was not up to what was displayed and staff was rude. We had to check out because of the smell in our non smoking room that felt like smoking room,causing an asthma attack on my aunt.we booked 6 days, spent a night and They refused to refund. They were only interested in the money not your safety. They did not leave to expectation. Book at your own risk!!」

「何より、翌朝早い時間のフライトでこのホテルを選んだが チェックイン時、翌朝空港迄の送迎を依頼したところ、無い と言われた。〈HPには一部屋6ポンドと書かれていた。〉 自分たちの他は、車の客らしかった。が、困った。 なにしろ、交通の弁の悪い所〈レンタカーなら良い〉ところなので しかし、タクシーを頼んでくれ予約通りに来てくれホッとした。 ここが、1番だったので後のことはコスパも良いので良いかな。 参考までに ２０２３.７宿泊時、フロントのある棟は全面改装工事中で 足の踏み場も無い状況。宿泊部屋は別棟へと言われたが 案内された棟もやはり工事中。階段も電気を点けるのはコツ が必要だった。 部屋は静か。シャワーが天井に固定式でお湯もチロチロ。 この夜は、シャワーを我慢した。 タクシーが早朝　時間通りに来てくれたのは何よりだった。」

「Great place to stay and the owners are wonderful. Rooms are comfortable with loads of teas, coffee, hot chocolate and water. I didnt realise we could park there (for a fee) so I'd already booked parking.It's 5 minutes by cab to Gqtwick and the bus stop for Gatwick is right outside the Farmhouse. I'm sold, we're staying there everytime we fly from Gatwick. Great people to do business with. 」
