「For those looking to be in the center of the Old Port district, the Regency couldn't be better situated. Portland is a walkable city, and the hotel is in an ideal spot. My (standard) room wasn't spacious, but it was clean and attractive. I would recommend to the management that they find a chair that's comfortable for reading, TV, relaxing - mine was unusually uncomfortable. 「My boyfriend and I stayed one night on a first floor room. The hotel was in a great spot, easy to access with lots of parking. The room was clean, comfortable, and a great space. We could hear some hall chatter and occasional outdoor noise but other than that it was pretty quiet. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast, simple, mediocre meal. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly. If visiting the area again I would definitely stay here again.」
