-The pool hours are until 10 PM, and glass containers are not allowed in the pool area.
-In the event of a late check-out without the host's consent, a fee of up to 50% of the nightly rate may be charged.
-We recommend keeping windows closed to prevent condensation in the air-conditioned apartment. This is also a preventive measure in case of rain. Any damage of this nature may result in an additional charge.
-The tap water is not drinkable.
-At the time of check-in, security must take a photo of the ID and license plate of the vehicle if available

Location, Location, Location

This condo is located in the heart of Playa. It's a great location where everything is close. The reason for our 4 star rating is because the hot tub on the roof is not operable and beach towels are not available. Beach towels are not easy to travel with so it is an essential part of availability to any beach town condo. Yes, we would stay here again next time we visit.
