パイン アイランドのコテージ

「Loved this place! So private and cute! We walked to Wickies for breakfast and lunch and did Mudbugs for dinner! Best beaches were Blind Pass and Tarpon Bay! Make sure to use the code for a discount for Adventures in Paradise Shelling tours!」

「Adorable cottage with free parking at the quaint beach at the end of the street. Free usage of nice bikes with baskets was great fun! You can walk to Bowmans beach from the ocean…about 1.5 miles away. Shelling was amazing. The property has a shelling station with a hose to wash off your sandy treasures from the beach. The cottage also had a screened in porch which was great for relaxing and admiring our shells. And we rescued a trapped lizard from the porch which was great fun! Wagon and beach...

「Property wa beautiful, was very clean and match the description of what was posted. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach. There was no hassle from the owner, Nancy was amazing, easy to communicate with and always available for any question. Exactly what was needed for a relaxing vacation.」

「Description of property completely false but VRBO review does not give enough room to describe the issues.」

「The place was spotless and well located, with a good restaurant, an ice cream shop, and souvenir shops right on the corner. The bikes were in excellent condition, which was a great bonus. However, after the bike ride I would have loved to use a pool, but there wasn't one; I think I misread or misunderstood the agreement we signed before arrival. It turned out to be a general agreement covering all the properties the company manages, not just this one, so it mentioned amenities this place doesn't...

「There is a laundry room. We enjoyed being close to the shops.」

「No Place is perfect. While that's true this place was a wonderful place to stay. I would have liked it to be cleaner. The sun room was never cleaned well from the guest before. There was a large fake hair strands out by the pool as well as pretzels found in various places. There are small spiders in every corner (ceiling) of every room. No crawling bugs found or seen otherwise. Not nit picking just would like to have had it cleaner. The carpets in the various room pose a great risk of...

「The location of this cottage is perfect for great restaurants, hiking, kayaking, biking, and beach going. The cottage itself is fully equipped, has a wonderfully powerful shower, and is very cozy and comfortable. The screened in porch is great, any time of day or night. The river is a 2-minute walk, at most, and there is a very inviting deck there for customer use. We sat there every day/evening, at least once. Communication with the owner was never an issue. We are planning on returning...
