CUTE LITTLE BEACH HOME in Sunseekers RV park. One bedroom. is in a community with a tiki style pool, pickle ball, shuffle board, 2 dog parks, BBQ and laundry facilities Can sleep 4 w/blown up queen bed (if available) Queen temper pedic bed & Futon couch folds down. New leather love seat w recliners. All the amenities needed for cooking at home. Few steps away from pool! Unit is right next to it! 10 mins away from I75 to get to Fort Myers beach, which is only a 30min drive!! 5min drive to the beautiful Shell Factory. 20 minutes from Punta Gorda and FT Myers Airports. Grocery store is 1 mile down the road. Minutes from Pine Island and Matlacha. if you like the ol nostalgic florida, this is your place........

January 2025 stay

Property was very clean. All essential items on the property worked fine. One missing item from the property and that was the space heater. Understandable considering there is normally not a huge call for such an item in FL! Owner/manager was responsive when contacted. Would not recommend this property for anyone with any mobility disabilities due to property layout. This property met my needs for a week visit(well close to a week) to my parents. For the price it worked just fine.
