「Our unit need a lot of attention. The property has much more construction going on still - more that they explained when I called to check. Somehow we got checked in before we even arrived, which was concerning. The app for activities gives very little info and the employees don’t have any knowledge of them either- we couldn’t figure out where to go for our kayak excursion. The water sports employee that helped us when we finally found the area was AWESOME though- super nice and friendly and...

「Building is old and needs to be remodeled. No elevator to the second floor and no electrical plug on one side of the bed for my cpap. That was a big problem. TV remote worked only part of the time. Bed and pillows were good as was the shower, but was really old looking.」

「Would go back, great location and amenities! Not the most well maintained hotel, it's older but has a lot of positives that outweigh the negatives. Pool was very warm and the view from our room was 10/10! Restaurant food was sub par but the street food was delicious, especially the taco place!」

「My wife and I had a wonderful time at the Pink Shell! From the food/drink, to the beach, to the facilities was great. What beats all of that is the quality, attentiveness, professionalism and the friendliness of the entire staff. We travel quite a bit and we will be back to see Denise and the outstanding team at the Pink Shell soon. 」

「The property was very clean and the staff were very nice and welcoming. Check in was easy and the property is pet friendly. The room was cool and the views were great! Definitely will be going back! 」

「Beautiful property right on the beach. We had a balcony facing the beach that was well equipped with two lounge chairs and a table and chairs. The umbrellas and chairs on the beach were complimentary for guests, which we appreciated. 」

「Room was very clean and brand new. The staff was so helpful. We were able to have a late checkout which gave us some additional time at the pool. The staff also offered for us to enjoy the pool or beach and we could continue to park in lot and take shower in very clean restroom that included towels. Top notch!!! 」

「Pretty disappointed with this one. Stains on flat bed sheet, very low water pressure in shower, shower drain clogged, AC very loud.」

「You probably will not stay in one of the triangular cottages. Most rooms look like a one-story motel and are not well represented on the hotel web site. However, everything about the room was high quality and comfortable. Our room (07) overlooked a pond with anhingas, turtles and egrets. Free bikes with helmets and locks, free guest laundry. 」

「Beautiful and clean hotel. It had an amazing breakfast included and staff on hand keeping everything full and clean. They have a coffee/espresso machine (2) that are free all day I was uncertain how coffee would taste but its fabulous! Had an Americano every morning! The room was big and had a kitchenette w a full size fridge, stovetop and dishes. The pool is nice and beach is right there. Amazing water view from our balcony. 10/10! Just do it!」
