Upon arrival room was ready. We received the room we booked, lower level, one bedroom suite poolside with screen porch. It was clean, cool, and ready for occupants. The area was very safe and the property was very well maintained and quiet. We liked fishing from the dock and caught quite a variety of fish. We would definitely stay there again. In addition they had very good internet and a nice large TV which my husband was able to enjoy football.

Fantastic hidden gem in Matlacha. Has the charm of "efficiency units" of the past with modern amenities like a condo. Really enjoyed the grounds and watching boats come and go off the back porch. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is a slice of Island Time perfection. Completely and beautifully renovated, exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The location is off the main road, quiet and laid back. It has a wonderful view of the bay, a lovely pool area, and a quick drive to the restaurants and shops of Matlacha. Without reservation I highly recommend Matlacha on Shoreview for your next island get-away.

The place was very clean and all the amenities were amazing! Our kids spend hours on the little beach, the complementary kayaks are such a fun addition, and having the fire pit and grill to use was so nice!

Upon our arrival the office was closed due to an event scheduled at the same time as my check-in at the location. Perhaps bad timing and luck . This things happen :) All in all would recommend it for any shorterm or long term . Staff very friendly and the amenities at this location are all what you will need to make a wonderful stay. 9/10 ****

Very clean property. Located on quiet cul de sac. Area was on the water and kayaks were provided. nearby hiking trails. spots Ice Cream had huge delicious selection for post hiking treat. Yucatan restaurant had delicious seafood. Very relaxing peaceful stay.

Absolutely adorable new place to add to our list of local stay cations. This hidden little gem was everything we needed to escape work life for 2 days etc. Our rooms were very clean and cared for. Miss Stacy the manager was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay even on Easter Sunday she went out of her way to make sure everyone had everything they needed. We will definitely be back.

Great little getaway location. The room, and facilities where clean and well groomed. My son even took advantage of the kayaks a d went out on the bay with some friends. We would stay here again when In the area.
