"Omar at the front desk was amazingly kind. The hotel offers a great free breakfast and a free 24 hour shuttle. There is a very nice outside pool area with lots of chairs, a heated pool and a hot tub. Our suite was very large and very comfortable beds. On top of all that you get a happy hour for free from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM with several different kinds of appetizers and three free drinks per person and a pop machine is open during that time. Hot coffee is available all the time. It is our favorite hotel when we need to fly in or out of Fort Myers"

"The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was excellent sink in bathroom was clogged and maintenance came and took care of it so that we didn't have to change rooms but the coffee was lukewarm from the thermos that they had."
