「The Pink Shell was an amazing property. The staff were so helpful and fun! The villa we stayed in was so clean and had everything we needed and more. I didn't realize they had washer/dryers, dishwashers, stoves etc in them. I also loved the adult only pool. The family friendly pool stayed very active and we preferred to hang out with our drinks and relax. Fort Myers Beach is still in repair after the hurricane last year. That was the only thing that I could see that would make me give it 4...

「We enjoyed our stay . This is our second time staying at this Hyatt and it has always been a wonderful experience. 「We love love our stay!! The best staff ever, everyone was so kind and very professional!! Our room was clean & anything we may have needed was tangible right at the property. 「Tween Waters was amazing!!! Our Studio King room with Ocean View in the Sea Grape was beautiful and completely updated!! We could see the most beautiful sunsets right from our private balcony!! The pool area was wonderful and the food and drinks were delicious!! We found the most beautiful shells on the beach! We can’t wait to come back!! Definitely 10/10!!」

「Extremely clean. Friendly, helpful staff that went above and beyond. I traveled with my teenage daughter and her friend and we never once felt unsafe. I was fine using the free trolley transportation up and down the island, but the girls talked me into renting a golf cart. That did provide more freedom for our short time there. The resort has golf carts for rent. We will definitely be back! 」

「It was very nice. The unit (renovated) was very spacious and comfortable. The Beach is a 15min walk away. The pool and the hot tube was clean and very quiet at this season. The parking is free and you can rent bikes and beach equipments for free. The only cons is the lack of cleaning for a 5 nights stay. And you can hear the TV of the next door unit when you are on the master bedroom.」
