"Great place to stay. Did a quick staycation here and enjoyed the food, and the pool. I think they should put some pads on the loungers under the cabanas though. Like they have upstairs on the 7th floor adult pool. Would come back in the future! "

"The front desk manager Mallory was very rude and unprofessional my whole stay there for 5 days and I won’t be coming back based on this but besides that it was a very clean and nice hotel "

"I would have given 5 stars if not for valet parking . Waited for almost an hour for my car , followed up 3times with the valet staff , and all he kept on saying was “it is coming in couple of minutes” . Apparently, the ticket got lost or misplaced. Unbelievable.. Very disappointed . "

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my family this weekend. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Everyone at the front desk, the bar, and the kitchen was very kind and welcoming. This is exactly the kind of place you want when you're looking to relax. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable, and the staff truly make you feel at home. If you ask about things to do in the area, they take the time to explain everything and give great recommendations. The bar is excellent, the ladies working there are very friendly, and the food is delicious with very reasonable prices. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place."

"The room smelled terrible, the shower worked but was not in good condition and the floorboards by the shower were coming up which is due to water coming out of the shower. Cheaply done and the whole place feels like cheap housing. The Tiki Bar sounded like fun but I wasn’t comfortable as a single woman even going there.And there were men’s underwear and socks in the drawer which creeped me out. The front desk person was ver pleasant."

"Much better than I expected. I read the reviews and saw the pictures and I was expecting it to be pretty much average as a hotel can be. It was very unique with its own vibe. My only complaint would be the water closet design. Toilet and shower are separated by a wall, but share a single sliding glass door. While taking a duce, I felt like I was on a cruise ship."
