The parking was valet, which was very nice. They probably is I felt I had to pay him every time I got my car and every time I turn my car in, which was at least four times a day. A bigger problem we had was there was construction going on the hotel side. The construction was right outside our window and was very loud at times. The worst of all was that the swimming pool was not open my concern is that had no time in the process of booking. Did anyone say anything about having construction or that the swimming pool would not be open. If I hadn't known about this problem, I would not have booked at this resort because of the cost of this stay, I think I should be compensated for not being told that this construction and the pool would not be open.

Very friendly staff. Only valet parking available. Nice 2 clean bedrooms with toilet and bath, full kitchen and balcony overlooking the beach with a beautiful sunset view. Also included in our room are 4 beach chairs and 1 umbrella.

The hotel was nice , The room was clean and as expected However our experience was not so nice The main issue was the website stated the pool was scheduled to be opened by 4/20 We arrived on 4/25 the pool was not under repair but not opened Second the staff although nice was unable to provide any assistance with respects To questions regarding late check out They handed us a business card and said call the management. With an hotel barely occupied they knocked on our door at 11:10 to ensure we were leaving. No offer to even hold our luggage till we were ready to depart hotel. The fact that the pool was still closed they should have offered a choice to stay or not I have stayed in other hotels that were under construction and provided that option.

Our stay at Marco Beach Ocean Resort was almost perfect and truly memorable. The room was spotless, creating a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The kitchenette was a great feature—very useful for preparing light meals and snacks, especially during our stay. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with plenty of towels, though it would have been even better if a bidet was available. The staff made a big difference in our experience. They were consistently friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist, which added a personal and warm touch to our stay. Valet parking was included in the room rate, making everything convenient and hassle-free. We had an ocean-view room, and while the beach was a bit far, it didn’t take away from the experience. In fact, using binoculars made it even more enjoyable—we were able to admire the beauty of the shoreline and even spotted dolphins several times, especially in the mornings. One of the best parts of our stay was our daily routine. We would walk to the beach in the late afternoon, just before sunset, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. The sunsets were glorious and peaceful. Then, we’d return early in the morning for sunrise, where we found many people already enjoying quiet walks along the shore. It was a beautiful, calming way to start the day. Overall, it was a relaxing and fulfilling getaway, filled with simple yet unforgettable moments. Definitely a place we would love to visit again.

The place was beautiful, clean and very nice, but there was construction around the building. And it was very deceiving that for people managing it. I could have given us more information about a lot of things that they did not know about.

Room clean. Staff ok. Parking Valet. Beach view. This is a beach hotel and its suites cost over $500 per day. But, there is no complimentary service provided at the beach. And the rooms lack basic amenities such as bathrobes and slippers. The motors and machinery located on the roof run incessantly, generating a rumbling and droning noise that is nearly unbearable on the upper floors. Furthermore, the air conditioning units in the rooms—when switched on—are unfortunately audible from neighboring rooms, as they, too, rumble loudly. Regarding the fact that the pool is currently under renovation and therefore unavailable for use: Expedia should have had the courtesy to inform guests of this—in large red letters—before they even completed their reservations.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Very disappointed. The room was nowhere close to the pictures. Pulled blanket on the bed back to find long black hair all over the comforter. When I called to inquire they replaced a blanket with something that looked about 30 years old. I’ve had better quality bedding in the hospital. There was also a long hair stuck to the lamp and both dust, dirt and crumbs under the glass of each dresser/side table in the room. The furniture and carpet was dingy and the odor in the room smelled unclean. There was a stain on the chair that looked like dried food. The 2nd to last day, I hung the door tag requesting my room was cleaned. They never attended to the room and I was completely out of bar soap. I called both front desk and guest services to request a bar of soap (PRETTY BASIC). The body soap refill was also out. Guest services was very kind and apologetic however no one ever showed up. I ended up using hair shampoo as my body soap the next day. This is not the type of experience I had hoped for after paying $575 a night. The front desk attendant was both unfriendly and seemed bothered when I was asking basic questions. Guest services was kind each time I called however the follow through wasn’t there. I also attempted to take few work calls but was unable due to loud construction hammers/electric saws going on outside. Aside from the beautiful balcony/ocean view I feel like I was robbed as I paid over 2k for 4 days experience.

We will definitely return to Marco Island. This resort is in walking distance to some great restaurants and the beach is great. My daughter found a large seashell that was closed and a few minutes later an octopus came out of the shell. It was really neat. The pool area is nearly redone with the remodel. Don’t waste time going to the neighboring pool.

Staff is polite, the property is clean, the valets are excellent, the extra amenities in the room are wonderful. Especially the beach towels, beach, chairs, and beach umbrella. Beach umbrella are very easy to put into the sand since they come with their own manual auger. Just a wonderful experience. The property location is very central in Marco. Grocery stores, Walgreens, restaurants are all within a 10 minute drive. I really can’t think of ever wanting to stay at a different location. Should I return to Marco Island?
