「My experience started on Friday night, when I discovered my reservations showed the check-in as Sunday, July 12, instead of Saturday, July 11. I reached out to the hotel and spoke with a representative (Carl) to see if he could help me with change or extend the reservation to include Saturday. He could care less, and that's how he proceeded to help me. 「Large clean room, helpful stuff, fine breakfast」

「It was one of the only hotels that would let us check in at 18 which was very kind. The facility was very nice and clean as well as the rooms were very clean and organized upon arrival. It was a very nice location and near many restaurants as well as not too bad of a drive to the beaches nearby. The pool was clean and comfortable to lounge in while we enjoyed our stay. The staff was kind and helpful with any questions or concerns arose.」

「To be honest I had a horrible experience because my friend and I came late , the manager was rude and cursed us out , He waa very unprofessional, and because we tried to defend ourselves he threw us out qnd said he was going to call the cops , I will never stay there again.」

「The room had a bad odor and the humidifier was full when we got there and filled up again over night. Hot tub was out of order but looked fine with pump running and looked clean」

「No pool towels and the pool was dirty, AC partly worked - one fan on unit was all that blew, wifi turned off at their discretion, shower was dirty and had soap from previous occupant still on walls, men’s shaved hair on shelf below sink, asked for extras towels and was informed that they will count how many I received, fridge on coldest setting and kept it moderately cool not cold, small square pillows, no closet or anyplace to hang items」
