"All was great until I tried to shower in the morning. It did not work! Upon checking out I let the receptionist know and asked how they could even clean the bathtub without running water, that’s when he started raising his voice to us. He gave me the managers card. Two emails sent to the manager with no response. I emailed corporate, still waiting for a response."

"The parking was only in the front of the place, the outside of the building is in very poor condition, we checked in because we were shown great photos of the inside but once inside it was not clean, the floors were dirty, sheets had holes and blood stains, then we had a man knocking asking for his belongings out of our room. The people next to us were outside smoking different things that continued to come into our ac and room. People live there all the time and are on drugs. No pool no snack machines. It was the worst I’ve ever experienced! Never will return or recommend this place and the lady in the office when checking in was very nice but the next day the lady was very rude! Because our key would never continue to work and she said that wasn’t her problem. Very very very poor staff and conditions!! "

"Bella Palacia was terrific place to stay. We were there for 10 days and everything was as advertised. Took me a day or two to figure the pool and spa out, but that was on me. Location worked out good for the things we did. "

House is good, wished there were somegrab bars by the toilets in the master baths.Owner is a pleasure and has instructions through the house for anything that may come up.Overall we had a great stay and was wonderful for my handicap husband to enjoy the house, pool and grounds."
