「I like everything 」

「Very very expensive. Food and alcohol are very expensive here. For being a beach resort the tiki bar closed at 8:00 pm everyday even on the weekend. The inside bar closed at 10:00. 」

「Great family resort - it isn’t as “upscale” as some other resorts but the staff is the friendliest I’ve ever encountered and the pools and beach are great. I also appreciate that they don’t nickel-and-dime customers for every little thing (valet parking, beach chairs and umbrellas are included in the resort fee).」

「Beautiful location overlooking Sanibel Harbor. Sunset was gorgeous. Staff was very attentive and food was very good. The view is the best thing, the water so peaceful, mangroves filled with birds, and of course, the unforgettable sunset and red sky.」

「I did not like the food in the restaurant but is very close to all kinds of restaurants outside, so not a big problem. Water park is excellent and the hotel in general is perfect. 」

「SouthSeas is still recovering from Hurricane Ian, but that did not stop our family from having an amazing stay in Captiva! The beach is gorgeous and spans over 2 miles, the trolley allows for transportation throughout the resort and renting a golf cart allowed for us to cruise through town! We will definitely be back!」

「Our stay was fantastic. Our host was always very willing to accommodate when we needed help with anything. The area is beautiful, loved the beaches and all the restaurants we visited during our stay.」

「Right on the beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels provided. Could easily walk to two restaurants. Perfect view for sunsets and wildlife viewing and stargazing. We stayed on upper floor which had great views. The porches could have used a simple curtain to create a little more privacy when you walked up and down the stairs. Expensive but we had a great experience. 」

「Walmart across street close to down town but in a small quiet community. Disliked no curtains on bedroom window sun blares in first thing in the morning. We stayed in the Tucan apartment 」

「The place was really clean. The area had a lot of restaurants close proximity to the property. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! The front desk manager was professional. Room was really clean and cozy! 」
