The Villa CASA BIANCA is a newly equipped holiday villa in one of the best locations for vacationers in Cape Coral.

With the boat you are in 1 minute on the open water of the Caloossahatchee River, and in a few minutes with the most beautiful islands of the Gulf of Mexico or the beach of Ft. Myers Beach.
By car, you are also just 1 km from the Cape Coral Bridge, which has both International Airport Ft. Myers (RSW), which opens up many beaches and also the outlets and other shopping paradises of Southwest Florida.

Most holidaymakers in Cape Coral will come back because one of the flair of the Venice of Florida captivates.

The Villa CASA BIANCA has 2 bedrooms, each with an associated bathroom, and a very spacious open living and dining area with an open kitchen, and everything has direct access to the spacious pool area through sliding glass doors.
The pool is very large, so you can actually swim.

The villa has an associated boat deck with a boat lift, which offers enough space for a separately rentable boat up to 24 ft in length.

The villa is equipped with all amenities that offer holiday guests a perfect holiday experience: New and modern kitchen equipment, with Nespresso coffee machine, KitchenAid food processor, blender, sufficient dishes, European cutlery and of course glasses. In the covered and screened pool area there is a large dining table with 6 chairs. The house has 4 loungers and other seating areas in the front area and on the boat deck.
You will find enough pool and beach towels, as well as a large cooler bag.

From the house you can walk to the best bars and restaurants in Cape Coral in a few minutes.

The villa has a double garage, which is available for you to use.

The huge fireworks from 4th July and also on New Year's Eve and other celebrations, which are fired directly at the Cape Coral Bridge, can be admired directly from the house!

Lovely Home

Celebrated our anniversary at this beautiful home. Great location to our fishing spots and loved the Monkey Bar near by. Home was clean and communication was easy with owners! Cape Coral was cute town.

Relaxing and beautiful view

Beautiful place, large open floor plan with tons of sliding doors and windows. We fished, played lots of golf, went to the beach, ate at some great restaurants, and had a lot of fun in the pool.

Great house!

This house had everything you would want! Fantastic location on wide canal, great house for entertaining, close to many restaurants and Klaus was wonderful to deal with.! I would definitely recommend this house!

Great Stay

Klaus was a great host - very nice and helpful. The house is very clean, great furniture. The master bathroom is wonderful- two large vanities with sinks. Our only negative was the pool area as its small and could be cleaner. Everything else was 5 star.

Perfect Getaway

This spot was a little gem. The house was fully equipped with anything you would need, very clean and nicely decorated. We spent a lot of time fishing and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and peaceful evenings. Perfect location to restaurants! Klaus was attentive and kind and the check-in and check out experience was easy and went very smooth. Highly recommend!

Dream vacation

We loved the house and the place. It was very clean. We took full advantage of the terrace and the heated swimming pool. The land was very well fenced for our dog. It is a very quiet location and most amenities are around 5-10 minutes from the house. The owners always responded to our questions or information during our stay. Dream vacation

We loved the house and the place. It was very clean. We took full advantage of the terrace and the heated swimming pool. The land was very well fenced for our dog. Paradise with a pool

Look no further. Eat, sleep, and swim. What could be better. This place is the nicest place that we have ever stayed at. We stayed July 1thru 5th. Everything was perfect. Even the welcome and good by was pleasant.Dont pass up this opportunity to feel Paradise. We lived outside by the pool. We offered to buy but owner wants to keep. Sorry about my luck. Nice Location and Comfortable Home

We spent six nights at Villa Casa Bianca. The house is very clean and comfortable, located in a quieter neighborhood. The listing was very accurate. The location was nice, near a canal and shopping/restaurants. The few times I communicated with the host, he was fairly quick to reply. I would definitely recommend and would consider renting again if in the area.

Großzügiger Bungalow in perfekter Lage zur Cape Coral Bridge

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die geräumige Küche war gut ausgestattet, beide Schlafbereiche hatten eigene Bäder. Die Waschmöglichkeit im Hauswirtschaftsraum ermöglichte eine Reise mit kleinem Gepäck. In der Garage standen 2 Fahrräder sowie Sonnenschirme, Klappstühle und Strandspielzeug für Strandbesuche zur Verfügung. Wir kommen wieder !

This property is awesome - location is very convenient to Cape Coral and Ft Myers. (The Host) Klaus came over and met us to answer any questions we had. The house was extremely clean as was the pool area. We would highly recommend.

Exceeded expectations!

We had an awesome stay at the property. The location was perfect, walking distance to town and very close to the river for getting out boat that we brought out onto the big water. Klaus was very accommodating and we found the property exactly as described. The boat lift was perfect for our 20 ft. Boston Whaler. The swimming pool was very nice and we enjoyed biking every morning about 10 miles around the Yacht Club area of Cape Coral. Can't wait to return!

Great location!

Great house! Pretty much everything was here, pool towels, pool floats, noodles, etc!!! Super nice host and great restaurant recommendations from him! Pool deck is very slippery, we laid down towels to keep from slipping. You can fish right off the dock! My girls want to come back already! Great family rental!
