I always receive a keyless check in option telling me to go straight to the room, no need to go to the front desk. But that’s never true. We always have to go to the front desk and even when we’ve checked in at the front desk and the key option on my phone says to use it it doesn’t work so somethings wrong with the app

The room was spacious, well-designed, and aesthetically pleasing; the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly; the breakfast bar was a nice bonus; and the pool was perfect. Super easy check-in and check-out. I hadn't previously stayed at a Home2 Suites property, but I will make it a priority to seek them out when I travel in the future.
