"Mont Carpe Diem is more than just a resort. It truly feels like a home away from home. From our very first meeting with Pedro and Yolandra, we were touched by how caring, loving, and welcoming they were. Everything they did for us came from the heart, and they made us feel truly special and at home. The resort itself is an absolute paradise. My husband and I were amazed by its breathtaking beauty, peaceful atmosphere, and the love and care that went into every detail. Our experience at Mont Carpe Diem was unforgettable, and we are so grateful for the wonderful memories we created there. We cannot thank Pedro and Yolandra enough for their incredible hospitality. Mont Carpe Diem is truly a special place, and we look forward to returning soon."

"This property is only accesible by car, since any amenity may involve several minutes driving. This house is on the top of a hill near an artificial reservoir set within the Carite State Forest in the Sierra de Cayey mountain range. Lost of Coquis!. The place is a three bedroom, all with several windows and a porch. Views are fantastic and illustrative of the humid tropical and subtropical humid forest. The upper part of the house is in a decent shape and water at that time was available without any issue. I appreciated having a small ice maker tray in the freezer. The owner was quite responsive to my messages, which was great. If I were the owner I'd suggest offering the kayak for day rent. There's no much to do around for a family with small kids. Instead of the listed coffemaker we found two stovetop coffee maker (greca) with one missing a handle. Beds were just ok, with linens and towels in gray color. Softener was hiding the unpleasant smell of mold. The floor was noticeable in need of a scrub, especially in the bathroom. That bathroom mat is nothing good. Bed linens were of dark colors and 100% polyester. Flat sheets were not provided but I received them upon request. Plenty of roosters around that wakes you at several intervals from 5 am in the morning."

"Indoor property was very clean and very well taken care of. A few additions I would recommend a small microwave and a toaster. Also for people staying more than 3 days there should be two bath towels per person. As for the outdoor it needs a little improvement, steps, pavement and removing some of the plants that might not be necessary. Also a thorough explanation of the location and how the roads are going up there. Roads were very tiny and especially at night where a little concerning for people not used to the roads in PR. Overall we really enjoyed it and the hospitality. It is definitely a place we would recommend and visit again. We feel a few improvements would make it even better. Thanks"
