"A superb hotel! I stayed here for 2 nights whilst attending an event at Olympia. It is a short 10-15 minute walk from the venue, but in a quiet neighbourhood. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the hotel was clean and the decor looked fresh and well maintained. My room was perfect for a short stay - comfortable bed, desk with small chair, space for hanging clothes, a safe, a fridge (that was a bonus!) and a kettle. Opening window was also welcome. There was fresh still and sparkling water downstairs you could bottle and take to the room, along with a toaster and microwave, and a tea/coffee/hot chocolate drinks machine. Easy walk from Earls Court tube station, and a nice walk along to the Natural History Museum. No hesitation in recommending this hotel!"

"The hotel room was much smaller than photos looked. It was also more aged than the photos put off. Overall it was a good stay, the carpets need replacing "

"Clean room. Everything you need in a hotel room. Pool situation is annoying, went in the evening too book but was told to just come down in the morning before 9am and it be okay. Arrive at to swim at 8:30 and was told we should of booked, explained we tried to last night and was told last night it be okay but was told no you have to come down at 6am to book for rhe day, you cant do it the night before.. and the "sauramraium was not hot" as thw door was faultly and did not shut. It was also annoying that they decied to replace thw hallway carpet during our stay with no prior notice/warning. so was awoken early 2 out of the 3 mornings to building work and met wirh carpet dust when leaving."

"The hotel is well located for public transport and well maintained. The Classic room is on the small side but well appointed and functional for a solo traveler. The staff was very courteous and helpful with my questions about the area. I would stay here again. "
