The location was very convenient for us and the staff were truly amazing. Rooms were nice and the place has character. But not having air conditioning in the hot weather made it impossible to sleep till late in the night, and because windows had to be kept open, it was also very loud till late in the night.

wonderful property located so conveniently to the Hampton Court! Restaurant is TERRIFIC. Service was wonderful. My complaint is the lack of support at reception being unattended. Also, the room we were given had no AC and a sink that was @ 6 inches x 4 inches... impossible for a wash.

Our room was wonderful. We had a private balcony and mirrored outside wall so we weren’t looking at a brick wall. Friendly helpful staff. Wonderful enough that there was a wedding reception downstairs. We sat on the patio and watched the birds. Very relaxing
