"What a little gem of a hotel this is. Fantastic value, with a lovely private back courtyard providing a peaceful oasis of calm just 10 mins easy walk from Earl's Court Underground. Modern rooms with very comfy beds, great TV with Chromecast built-in, and quite a big bathroom for an old mansion style property. Will definitely be back for another stay very soon!"

"Although the hotel was nice, the staff were shocking, i parked my car at the hotel for £85 per night, on arrival they took £170 out of my account for 2 nights parking, and also extra for a romantic package i bought, the second day another £170 went out of my account, when questioned they said it was £100 a night they placed as holding on my card, but that worked out at £200 not £170. I quiestioned 2 members of reception who both gave different reasons as to why the payment went out, with one of them trying to cover up what had happenend and the other openly saying they shouldn't have taken the payment twice, it was a mistake, and it wouldn't go back on my account for 3 days. I asked to speak to management and the receptionsist spoke to the manager on the phone, who then told the receptionsist to tell me they were too busy to see me!! I wont be staying here again, much better staff at other hotels in this area. "

"The bath plug wasn’t functioning properly. None of the USB ports worked. Breakfast was very disappointing- all the food was barely warm & at a cost of £17.00 I expected at least for the food to be hot- won’t be having breakfast there again."

"This property has a beautiful garden. A new owner did a nice job of rehabbing the property about 2 years ago. The rooms are quite nice, and it’s a decent value by london standards. I have stayed here several times (in Dec ‘25 and April ‘26). I used to also stay here even more frequently under the prior owners. It’s a very convenient location near the earls court tube station. If you use a wheelchair, I would not recommend. The bar and restaurant are both good. You don’t get much help with luggage. The main issue I have had both times is that they don’t get the bill right. They fixed it, but they routinely add charges without permission (an across the board service charge, without your consent, plus other incorrect charges). Ultimately it all got fixed, but it’s pretty annoying. Other than these issues, it’s really very good and you will love the garden! I go back for the garden!"

"Room was clean entire building was clean. Staff was very nice and made you feel welcomed. I never made it to the breakfast because the beds or so comfortable just didnt feel like moving. It was nice would definitely stay here again. "
