The staff are absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful. Monica went out of her way to accommodate us and help with parking since we were travelling with a newborn. Overnight as well, the gentleman on duty was bery accommodating. Will definitely be back

We had room 101 huge room and the bathroom was a bit special lovely shower either added shower jets and also a huge bath with tv on wall. Location was great for train & Wimbledon shopping or the tennis which is why we were here. Would highly recommend a stay here,

Nice quiet room and a window to look out over the terrace area. Handy to our son’s place and the station. I got food poisoning from an eatery over the road called Last Bite! I was very unwell and it was hard to push the toilet flush buttons down. That really spoiled my stay. Sadly airfares have had to be changed to return home.

Stayed in a Superior room clean room and super comfy bed. The weather was extremely hot and the air con cooled our room down perfectly. We stay here often and we can't find a fault with anything. Tea and coffee is replenished daily and housekeeping staff doan amazing job. Looking forward to visiting again soon

We had a great stay at the Hotel Antoinette. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The general upkeep and cleanliness of the common areas of the hotel good. Our room was bigger than I expected, very clean and comfortable. Our room faced out onto the front of the building, onto the main road. The noise from outside on a Saturday night was loud if you had the window open, but once closed you couldn’t hear a thing. To a degree some noise is to be expected. The free parking is a bonus seeing as it’s pretty pricey to park long term in Wimbledon. We didn’t take breakfast so I can’t comment. All in all a great stay I would definitely stay again.

The reception staff on arrival were fabulous, couldn't be more helpful from the second we arrived until given our room. Parking, however, was a bit of a nightmare unfortunately, but not due the staff. They facilitated wonderfully in fitting us in even though the car park was full. Morning shift desk staff were most polite during our check out despite other guests being incredibly rude to me and the staff. All because they were unable to drive out of the space and had to wait until I was out of the shower to move my car (they could have fitted round it if they'd tried but I guess that's a certain rather precious german car driver type for you). Luckily it didn't affect our wonderful stay and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone staying. Transport links for public options are ideal for easy access to all other areas and local facilities are fab.

First, when we came there, they didn't have a parking for us , although free parking included. I had to look for a parking around at midnight. Second, the room had heavy strange smell. In the morning we found strange spots on one of the bed sheets. When we told them , they looked very offended instead of apologize. Elevator is extremely small. No more then 2 persons with suitcases. Generally, it's clean and room service is good.
