"Great location and pet friendly Sequoia Village is a great place to stay if you’re visiting Sequoia National Park. The location is very convenient and close to the park entrance, which made it easy for us to explore the area. We also appreciated that the property is pet friendly with no pet fee, which is a big plus when traveling with dogs. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful during our stay. Unfortunately, the only issue we experienced was that there was no hot water for the shower, which was disappointing. Aside from that, the stay was pleasant and the location and pet-friendly policy are definitely highlights."

"The room was very old, surprisingly, cracks on baseboards, it appeared that almost everything in the room was damaged. Weird lighting situation. The bathroom felt gross, like it’s barely getting cleaned. It just felt like the room and the building in general were not being attended to, how the hell are you gonna attend to the guests when the building is crumbling?"

"Second day there the fire alarm went off at 6 am so I hurried to pick up the phone to call desk and phone was not working. The phone was un plugged. So I tried to plug it back in and the cord was broken. Finally I put the cord in and held it with my hand as I dialed zero. I got the message we are not available at this time. I had to go down stairs to notify them. They said yes many rooms alarms went off. That was the explanation. "

"As expected but the walkin shower could be a slipping disaster. I am tall and thevspray from thevtop of my head extended to the toilet. I had to whip down the floor with two towels to avoid a wet floor when using the bathroom."

"Very good experience, excellent food and service at the restaurant. Only one item detracted from an excellent experience, the bath towels were rough, for this type of hotel, I expected top of the line towels."

"Only two bath towels upon arrival for 3 night stay. The toilet didn't flush properly. No bathroom fan so it was hot and humid for a long time after showering. The restaurant closed really early for staying at a hotel and was a bit overpriced. The staff was extremely nice and the lobby smelled amazing."
