Cedar Grove Lodge

Cedar Grove Lodge

8/10 Good
"The lodge is about 30 miles from the park entrance on mountain roads so much less crowded, quieter, ready to enjoy nature. The lodge is old and small but our room was clean and comfortable. Shower and air conditioning in working order with wifi, no TV. The lodge is next to the river, the grill is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and there is a market in the building. We enjoyed our visit."

Historic Cabin inside Kings Canyon National Park

Historic Cabin inside Kings Canyon National Park

10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful stay at the Knotty Cabin. The cabin has so much character, and staying in the historic Wilsonia community made the experience feel even more special. It was peaceful, comfortable, and the perfect place to come back to after spending the day exploring Kings Canyon and Sequoia. The location is hard to beat. Being inside the park meant we could get an early start each morning and enjoy the parks without long drives. We also appreciated how quiet the area was. Walking around Wilsonia and being surrounded by the trees was one of our favorite parts of the trip.If you’re looking for a unique cabin with history, a beautiful setting, and an unbeatable location inside the park, this is an excellent choice. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."

Wuksachi Lodge

10/10 Excellent
"This hotel was a newer national park lodge and a welcome improvement over some others we have stayed in. Room was spacious, large bathroom vanity, key cards (not physical keys). All the comforts you expect in a modern hotel. Restaurant on site was also very good and we thought reasonably priced given how remote it is. We will absolutely stay here again."
