"We loved having a place to stay between Sequoia and Kings Canyon. The on-site restaurant is so good. The gift shop had just what we were looking for in regards to souvenirs. There is a fridge and small microwave in our room. There are luggage carts to use from the parking lot to rooms. It’s a little walk and ours was up a slight incline to the building. It worked fine, but it’s good to know. The setting here is beautiful!"

"This place is very cozy. The manager is so kind that we were relief after long drive trip. And at night the sky was full of stars. That night is my forever trip memory."

"A unique experience in sequoia park. So much offered… quaint pond for fishing and canoeing, archery, s’mores and evening campfire, pool n hot tub, excellent selection of board games and buffet meals !!!! AND very close to Grant tree… all that and very friendly staff . True… the lodge and the rooms are dated.. but they point this out on their website and there are pictures of the rooms . But what the place lacks in fancy upgraded rooms it WELL makes up for in character and activities. They do have a few very new cabins as well is you’re not into the vintage feel"

"Great property that is much better than its view on Vrbor. Incredible, serene, and peaceful. Lots of outdoor ameneties. Fishing and tubing fun. The house is nicely outfitted. We will be back."

"Excellent location on the roaring Rapids River. Great friendly staff, fantastic reasonably priced Café, delicious pulled pork with a bottle of wine on the river. Best to drive here in a sports type car, preferably convertible. We had a wonderful stay!!! Thank you very much!!!"
