「Nice location and friendly front desk ztaff, however the rooms and cleanliness needs some work - like grime in and around the shower; someone's old coffee in the pot; cabinets hanging off; and all the furniture is old and dingy that feel sort of gross to sit on. Would have been nice if a suite came with some dish soap, as after seeing the coffee pot, not to sure about how clean anything was in the kitchette. The location is good for Pismo, but unfortunately this hotel is in need of some TLC.」

「Check in system was a total failure. We had to get a different hotel across town to stay for the night. The next morning we talked to John the owner who refused to accept responsibility for the check-in failure. John complained he could not refund the fee, because it would come out of his “own pocket.” He told us to call Expedia for a refund. We called the police to obtain a report. 」
