This is an older hotel that is well maintained. It is located right downtown. We were able to walk to a nearby restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was good with adequate options and friendly breakfast staff. Good value. Our only negative was the front desk staff person did not even acknowledge us as we were leaving but we didn't have any issues so it wasn't a problem.

Really love our stay here to enjoy downtown. Walking distance to convention center, movies, restaurants, bars, breweries, and all the fun things to do in Downtown Visalia. So easy to get an Uber if you want to go anywhere else without taking a car. Parking structure on site, but the reserved ones closest to hotel for guests fill up fast.

Room setup is great, with living room by entrance and beds in back. Quiet, comfortable beds. Bathroom could use better ventilation. Good full breakfast with attentive staff. Maintenance guy was quick to fix a minor problem.
