"Room was good. Some signs of wear and tear but nothing too bad. The bed and pillows were comfortable and I got a good nights rest. The staff was responsive and accommodating and worked through our issues at check in despite the craziness since there was a convention going on at the same time as our stay. The club lounge was amazing and breakfast there was excellent. Nice location in the middle of shibakoen park away from all the hustle and bustle. And stunning views of Tokyo tower add to the ambiance."

"Great location as we had a great view of the building behind us for the light show each night, was also easy access to train. We ate at the buffet one night and it was great my three kids really enjoyed it and I would highly recommend the Japanese hamburger via room service..it might be the best burger I’ve ever had. 7-11 in the building huge plus as well. Rooms were great for my family of 5 even if we needed 2 rooms. Highly recommend this hotel."

"The room was tiny, even by Tokyo standards, with no storage at all (there was a folded suitcase rack but nowhere to open it and still pass thru the room). The bathroom OTOH felt spacious and was very comfortable. As in many Japanese hotels the mattress is really hard, we slept over rather than under the comforter and then it was fine for us. The hotel has a good breakfast buffet of both continental and Japanese dishes. It is similar to other Japanese hotels we’ve been to. What’s unique to this hotel is that they have a very nice and convenient laundry room which doubles as a lounging area. It was very nice. The machines do both wet and dry and their availability is reported on the room’s TV (haven’t seen that before)."

"cannot change room tempeture, you can only adjust the fan speed. Cleaning time is pretty load . Like most Japanese hotels room is small there no space to open up your suitcase and keep it open . I had to set my suitcase on the small coffee table . There's a laundry mat which was pretty much open when I was there. 3 or 4 mini stores on the property and maybe 10 restaurant on the 1st floor . It's a good 10 min walk to Shinjuku station , but the plus is Washington Hotel is connected to Shinjuku Station by an under ground walk way which is convenient when its raining"
