I learned the hotel was opened a month before our stay, the whole place was impeccable, from reception to every space in the room. Staff is super friendly, spoke good English and made us feel welcome. If we get the chance to travel to Tokyo this is where we will stay.

This was an absolutely wonderful place in the heart of Ueno. Close to subway stations, restaurants, and shopping areas a short walk away. The hotel is lovely and the staff are so kind and welcoming. We were family of 5 with 3 kids and the room size was perfect - considering we also had quite a few bags. Can’t say enough about this place. If you are looking for a great hotel with great staff and wonderful service …. Stay here. Thanks Grand MONday we had a lovely time.

I did not expect such a fantastic experience from a hotel! My wife and three boys went bonkers over the layout of the room. I will definitely refer friends and return there in the future! The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful and professional.

New hotel in a great location to great food, shopping and attractions. Amazing and helpful staff. Short walk to Ameyoko Market and very close walk to subway stations. A nice neighborhood with a good mix of locals and tourists. There is a 7-11 right next door and a grocery store 5 min walk away. I would definitely stay here again!

Really happy with our stay. The staff were excellent. The room was perfect size for a family of 4, especially for Tokyo. The washer/dryer in the room was so handy. All of it seems quite new, and very modern. The public baths were great. Close walking to several stations and heaps of restaurants and shopping streets. I can see us staying here next time we come back.

The design of the room is very functional and feel spacious. Kitchen is small but functional, especially like the sliding door that close off the kitchen when someone sleeps on the sofa bed. It’s also fabulous to include a vacuumed cleaner in the room so I can clean whenever I choose to. Highly recommend it.

Truly awesome hotel ! It is one of their newer locations in Ueno and the rooms were very comfortable, reliable laundrette in the room itself. The kitchenette is a plus with a fridge and microwave .Excellent choice for families traveling with kids/elderly parents
