"The parking lot was more visible from our room. For $700 per night, I was very disappointed. While you fill your pockets, you empty the working man/woman's. I won't be back. Hot tub was nice, but I have one of those at home. The whole vibe of the hotel has seen better years."

"The location was amazing, the house is so close to the beach and easily walkable to everything in PB. There was also tonsss of beach gear (coolers, bougie boards, etc.) and the outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off sand! "

"This property was not as advertised. If you are going to claim it sleeps 6 people then there should be bedding for the pull-out couch, and at least utensils for 6! The couch is very uncomfortable and the pull out mattress felt like it was from the 70's! You could feel the coils and the bars. The dishwasher was unusable so there should have been some dish racks as we had to handwash everything. There was a cockroach in the downstairs bathroom. Light switches and outlets did not all work. There was no seating other than the couch for eating. Stains on the comforter/bedding. The coffee pot and kettle were not cleaned and we could not get them clean so we could not use them, the kitchen in general was not well apportioned. BUT rhe location was great and the bikes and boogey boards were appreciated. With just a little more attention to detail this could be a really great place!"
