"The property was a nice property, but there was a problem with parking. I had no communication until 30 minutes before check-in even though I tried to contact the host numerous times and had Expedia tried to contact them and couldn’t get a hold of him. There is no air-conditioning which sucked because it was hot. All they have is fans and the shower is so tiny. That is very hard to shower, but it’s in a great location."

"This hotel is great. I looked for something last minute and it stood out to me that there were multiple bedrooms and a kitchen. My daughter and her partner ended up going and I had to reach out to the staff to see if there would be a fee to change and if it was ok. They told me it was fine. The only thing I was a little hesitant about was everything is contactless. But it worked out. We got our email with our room number and code when I reached out. The staff was friendly via email. The location is great. Close to the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. We would love to stay here again. Just a heads up, parking is limited but there’s a huge public parking lot near by."

"Loved the view. Like sitting on balcony at night. Cool and great view!Keys did not always work. Had to take both sets not knowing if key worked. Dish washer didn’t work. Sandi sent money for dishwasher issue and had it replaced day I left. Thank you."

"This is our second time staying at this home. It was 9 years between visits but our memories of how great the house was for our large family were accurate. It’s the perfect location between beach and bay. The house is equipped with everything you need for the beach and for householdAnd kitchen items. Plenty of fans to keep you comfortable on hot days. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"Host were great communicators. Great view. Very clean. Good location to restaurants. Parking is very tight and I could not fit my SUV into garage, but there was room outside garage door to park. It was also tight but parking is at a premium in this area so just glad to have a designated spot to park."
