"Beautiful property with amazing views of the bay. Exceptional staff through. Was upgraded from jr suite to a full suite upon arrival and it was amazing room - spacious, clean, comfy bed, great balcony. Room service was great and quick and breakfast poolside was excellent. Fabulous stay!"

"This house was in such a perfect location-it's so close to the beach and bay and around so many restaurants and shops. Belmont Park was literally a 4 minute walk, the beach was even less than that. There was plenty of room for all of us and the fact that every room had its own bathroom was a huge plus! The beach is so close to the house so I wasn't surprised that there's still sand on the floors and showers; it's inevitable. The sheets on the bunk beds still had some sand tracked all over them, but no big deal. Some of the things were a little older and run down like some of the blinds and barn yard doors downstairs, but overall this house was perfect for our stay. The elevator was a plus for bringing things up and down as well. The hosts are so communicative which eased my anxiety."

"Breakfast was great, the fruit bowl was great, the mixed all the fruit, and serve with an yogurt and chia seeds, the surfers burrito was good too. The orange juice, pineapple juice was freshly squeezed. Love that. Dinner I had the nachos, we the wedges salad, buffalo chicken wings, delicious. This all room service. Roberto whom check us in was really great, the young ladies that check us out they where very friendly and great. House keep friendly, nice. I love how big the rooms are. Th patio. Patio could've been more private. Yes we would come back."

"The location is everything, but if I had a do-over, I would have just stayed in a hotel. I couldn’t cancel this booking and find a hotel once I arrived without it costing me double due to it being spring break & last minute, sadly. During a heat wave, we found out that the house has no AC, which meant we had to keep windows open constantly- which felt unsafe and didn’t help much when there was no breeze. As another reviewer said, the house is very mildewy-smelling.The house is for sale & it really just seems like the owner gave up on upkeep. The main bed is super uncomfortable. The bunk bed creaks loudly and wiggles with every move. Kitchen is super grubby and old. The electrical is old and sparks when you plug things in. Bathroom lock is rusty. Living room futon and “couch” are old and looked dirty. We also found numerous broken things when we arrived which prompted me to notify the owner (numerous broken blinds, a broken window.) Could only use 2 fans bc the third sounded broken and was obnoxiously loud. Front door/lock is ancient and didn’t feel secure- decent neighborhood, but plenty of riffraff from the boardwalk and people rifling through the trash out front for bottles. Couldn’t use the garage because the door is too low for an SUV. No locks on bedroom doors. Lastly, the cleaning lady showed up a few hours before check out time and started doing laundry from her car while we were packing up - made it awkward. "
