"Overall a pretty good experience, although I did have a couple complaints. The room felt oddly damp and I’m pretty sure it was coming from the AC unit that was placed on the wall. The other complaint is that the windows to the room didn’t have a mesh screen so if you open the window to air out the room it’s free for anyone to just jump into an open window. All in all It’s a small room but enough for everything you need. The area is the best part about it. There’s a lot to do within a walking distance. I think a 4/5 is a perfect score for it. "

"My room had a beautiful ocean view. The only problem I had was with the coffee pot and I needed help with the T.V. All else was good!"

"Could be a really amazing resort, in need of a face lift. The main restaurant was closed on M/T and not open until 5pm Wednesday evening which was unfortunate as our stay was M-W. Hidden costs tacked onto Expedia's cost that is supposed to be inclusive of taxes and fees. And on top of that, they charge a $49/day parking fee when each individual unit has a dedicated parking spot directly attached. Main pool was being painted so didn't get to enjoy the primary feature that was what helped us decide to book for our 4 y/o. Wasn't horrible by any means but not what we were hoping for. Won't go back, but wouldn't discourage others from trying it out."

"The host was welcoming. I assume he lives nearby because he was very thoughtful and sent messages just in case we forgot things outside so nothing would happen to them. The place is a little dated but the views more than make up for it. I would definitely stay again."

"Location excellent! Beach, restaurants, coffee shops. Easy to get everywhere. House a great size and layout for our family of 10. Host was responsive and friendly. Could not have asked for a better location."
