"Meh. Little things that were off. The air conditioning was blowing in my face all night but we had to have it on because there were no windows to at least crack open. The water dispenser in the gym was a trickle and the gym had no weights. The room was spacious which was a plus but there was no emphasis on environmental care, so no recycling bins at the very least. The hotel is advertised as a resort and you pay a resort fee, but the amenities don’t really match. The parking was plentiful, but of course, you have to pay extra for that too. Come on this is hotel row, not downtown. The staff were friendly, upon checking in our front desk person took a phone call and had to excuse herself to tell the person calling her that she was at work. Kinda odd. Save your money and stay at a 2 star hotel instead. "

"We did not use the hot tub or pet care lodging.The pool and hot tub looked beautiful. Several hotel guest were enjoying them."

"Rooms were clean, but the bathtub would not drain quick so soap scum residue would be left behind after showering. There is a pool and jacuzzi available but the pool was not heated and the jacuzzi jet setting was not working. The continental breakfast is basic and only provide milk and coffee as a beverage. We were not planning on spending much time in our room so the stay was good for basic needs for 2 nights."

"I had an awesome experience at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my stay. One thing that really stood out was their quick response, when we needed extra towels at the pool, they brought them right away without any hassle. It’s those little details that make a big difference. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!"
