"The house, including the kitchen, are spacious and a great place for a beach trip. They stock with beach towels and the hot tub was a hit. In a neighborhood where parking is brutal, having a spacious two-car garage is key. The location was good, but was near a busy street. "

"Fantastic location right on the boardwalk and beachfront! Can’t ask for any closer!The unit was very clean and accommodating. It’s a little small and dated, but location location location. There’s also a bus stop a block away and easy access to all of San Diego via their excellent transportation system. We almost rented a car, used Uber a little, but it was so easy to ride all over town on busses and trains. We even did the airport return on public transportation. Overall, we’re very happy with stay!"

"Fabulous house right on the Ocean Walk, looking at the beach and waves all day. Perfect location - just a short walk from restaurants and shops but a quiet area of beachfront condos and homes. We lived on that porch with covered seating and a dining table - every detail has been thought through. The fire pits were so easy to use. The front porch also includes a space for the studio apartment; the people who stayed there were so friendly and nice. The house was great for inviting friends to stay a night or two with one bedroom having an attached bathroom, also accessible from the kitchen side. Amazing kitchen. The 2 parking spaces were such a luxury! The courtyard was perfect for our large pup - he could be off leash safely there. Brant was so helpful and always just a text away. We had a little difficulty with the back door code, and he came over to help us and even replaced the batteries in the bubble machine! Love the hardwood floors in the bedrooms. While the main bath was in between 2 bedrooms, the setup worked great for us. Our only complaint was the house said it had cable (it had lots of streaming accounts), but we managed to stream our home service there to watch the final game of the World Series. A wonderful home. I can’t say enough positive things about it. We’d love to come back for another stay. "
