Enjoy a peaceful getaway at this centrally located studio. Brand new, updated and luxurious studio just three blocks from the beach and 1 block from the main street of Ocean Beach.
This serene, recently remodeled beach studio is 3 blocks from the ocean and is on the same block with coffee shops, restaurants, and a supermarket. The charming studio has a queen size bed with an organic Avocado brand mattress, full bathroom, kitchenette to include all serving ware, utensils, a small refrigerator, toaster oven, and warming plate. It is fully stocked for your weekend beach getaway or as a calm work from home space. This unit does have a window AC Unit but it is not central AC. We are located at 1955 Cable Street Ocean Beach, CA 92107.
Parking Information- There is one parking space available to be reserved at a rate of $15/day or $75/week. Please contact Haley on the App to arrange this. Otherwise, there is street parking around the unit.
*Please note: This private unit does share an adjoining wall with another one of our beach studios, similar to a hotel room. You will have your own private entrance and private space for the duration of the stay.

Ocean Beach Studio
Cute studio in OB. Very clean and communication with the owner was flawless. They accommodated us throughout our stay and happily answered any questions we had. I only have two less than ideal things worth mentioning and they are small. One, there is no AC you can control in the studio. Luckily the weather is great in San Diego so it wasn’t an issue for us. Two, the walls are a little thin. You can hear any TV or phone from bordering apartments easily. Really it’s not even the walls it’s a door that I believe leads to the other apartment. That’s where the sound pollution came from. Let’s talk location….INCREDIBLE. Within a 2 min walk you have multiple restaurant and bar options. This apartment is a block away from the main strip. The beach is super close as well, 3 blocks and you are there. The owners provide beach towels and chairs for you which is a major plus. To top it all off, the owner has bikes for you to ride. We loved this! It is by far the best way to get around town or even to sunset cliffs (short bike ride south). The common space outside the apartments is awesome and inviting as well.We had so much fun in OB. As a couple in their 30s with no kids we could not have asked for a better place to spend a few nights while exploring all that San Diego has to offer.

We had a wonderful stay in Ocean Beach! The paid parking spot was easy to find and nice to have so we didn’t have to worry about finding street parking. Check-in was super easy with the code access gate/door. Our unit was super clean and had the perfect amount of room for 2 people. You really can’t get any better for price per night and proximity to the Main Street of shops and beach.
