「The staff was very responsive and easy to communicate with. There are some minor updates that the property could benefit from. 」

「This property is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and update the pictures are very deceiving. The sheets weren’t clean. It smelled of smoke and the previous guest left a marijuna bud at the door. I’ll definitely be seeking a refund. We didn’t use any of the amenities. The washing machine looked filthy and the dryer wasn’t operational.」

「This is not ideal for a stay longer than maybe a day or two. My husband and I stayed for a week and it was not great. Keep in mind the room is small. There is not a lot of space to hang things or place anything especially in the bathroom. The bathroom looks moldy in all corners and we did find 3 bugs in our bed (under the bedsheets). Granted bugs happen but it was not a great start to our vacation. I wish there was more than just the bathroom trashcan as it is very small. Bring extra bags for...

「Hosts were very friendly and communicative! Knew all the hot spots to visit! Very kind and helpful throughout the whole process of check-in/-out (which is already super simple I’m just an overthinker). If/when I come back to Miami I want to book with them again!」
