「Our check in time was supposed to be at 4 pm but we were arriving at the hotel at 10 am after having left our cruise. My children were exhausted and needed to sleep but we didn't have anywhere else to go for 6 hours while waiting for our room. We notified the management at our hotel of our situation and they went out of their way to have a room ready for us by 10:30 at no extra charge. 「I cannot recommend this property. The room was not as advertised, which was disappointing from the beginning. Throughout my stay, there were ongoing noise issues, including loud TV starting around 5 a.m. and loud music late at night. After I reported the noise, another guest became extremely aggressive. 「We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was clean and very modern. The neighborhood is very quiet and I loved that we had our own parking spot which is not something to take for granted in Miami. The owner was extremely responsive and kind. It’s only about 10 minutes away from Sunny Isles Pier and very close to Hard Rock Stadium as well. Will definitely be back soon!」
