「10/10 stay. Came for my 30th birthday with 14 friends. The house was just as it was listed. Beautiful architecture and interior design. Everything was in close distance either Downtown Miami or South Beach. We attended local music events and it was easy to get to all the main clubs. House is exactly like listed, and communication by host was great. 」

「My friends and I rented the house for our spring break, and we had a very enjoyable week. The house was in a great location, being only a 10-minute drive to Hollywood Beach and a 25-minute drive to Fort Lauderdale. We parked in the Margaritaville parking garage, located right on the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, which was only 3/hour. The neighborhood itself was great, as we felt safe all week. Additionally, it was within walking distance to downtown Hollywood which had many restaurants and bars....

「This property will not disappoint. Spacious enough for our family of 5 adults and 2 children. Property is close enough to the beach yet far enough to be out of the beach traffic. Peaceful and relaxing trip, would highly recommend this rental. 」

「This is a nice stay with a great location. Very responsive with questions. Mosquitoes were so bad, requested to have someone come spray if possible. They had someone there that morning. I guess June/July is when they are the worst. They were so bad even after spraying we could hardly sit out at night. It’s my only complaint but not much we could do there. Not their fault! The photos online were great, but the actual home was even better in person—spacious, beautifully decorated with thoughtful details throughout, and incredibly comfortable for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids.One of the highlights was the elevator, which made a huge difference for one of the adults in our group who has difficulty with stairs.
